These terms govern your access to the VEXALI online store and your purchase and use of VEXALI products. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Store and Product
The featured product is VEXALI On 'Til Dawn Bronzing Veil Setting Spray, a 142 ml cosmetic aerosol available in Caramel Glow and Cocoa Glow.
Product colours may appear differently depending on lighting, photography and screen settings. Results and wear may vary according to skin type, preparation, application, environment and other individual factors.
Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order where information is inaccurate, payment is not authorised, stock is unavailable, fraud is suspected or an obvious pricing or listing error has occurred.
Prices, delivery charges and applicable taxes are displayed during checkout. Promotions may have additional eligibility, quantity and duration conditions.
Product Use and Safety
Always read and follow the product label.
General application instructions:
1. Shake before every use.
2. Hold approximately 25–30 cm from the face.
3. Close the eyes and mist lightly using a circular motion.
4. Allow the veil to dry fully.
For external use only. Avoid direct contact with eyes, intentional inhalation and application to irritated or broken skin. Keep away from heat, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. Do not puncture or burn the container, even when empty. Keep out of reach of children.
Stop use if irritation occurs and seek appropriate medical advice when necessary.
Intellectual Property
The store’s branding, photographs, designs, text, graphics and other original content belong to VEXALI or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially exploited without permission.
Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not misuse the store, interfere with its security, introduce malicious code, submit fraudulent information, infringe intellectual-property rights or use the website or products for an unlawful purpose.
Third-Party Services
Our store may use or link to services operated by Shopify, payment providers, couriers and other third parties. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, VEXALI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from misuse of the product, failure to follow label instructions, unauthorised alteration, improper storage or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will be handled by a court or authorised dispute-resolution body with jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights.
Changes
We may update these terms when our business, services or legal obligations change. The version displayed when an order is placed will apply to that transaction unless the law requires otherwise.
